Meet Kelsey
Hi! My name is Kelsey (she/her), and I am passionate about providing a safe space for all individuals to heal their relationship with food and their body.
I firmly believe that we are all doing the best we can with the resources and information we have, and this informs the work I do as a Registered Dietitian. Information around nutrition and health is often presented as black-and-white facts. However, both topics are incredibly nuanced and individual. You are the expert of your own experience, your internal wisdom, and your body’s messaging. My role is to offer you education, structure and guidance toward that wisdom.
I utilize a non-diet, weight inclusive, and trauma informed approach in my sessions. I walk alongside my clients as we get curious about the experiences that have shaped their thoughts and behaviors around food and their body. With a foundation of gentle awareness and self-compassion, we will take steps toward a more fulfilling and values-aligned relationship with food, body, and health.

Meet Ashley
Hi! My name is Ashley (she/her) and I am the owner and founder of Ashley Beale Nutrition, PLLC.
In my journey of becoming a Registered Dietitian, I realized that there is no one-size-fits-all to health. In fact, the more I learned, the more I started to question what I thought I already knew about nutrition and health. When I came across the weight-inclusive approach to eating, the road felt more clear. This approach incorporates a model that challenges the myth of "good" and "bad" foods. There is emphasis on body diversity and the different ways someone can lead a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, this approach prioritizes wellbeing. (read: If your "healthy" food choices are causing you stress, is it really that healthy?)
This spoke to me.
In practice, I had the opportunity to see how this approach changed the lives of the people around me and the clients I had the pleasure of working with. We have all likely experienced some form of shame or judgement for our foods choices, health and/or body. I have seen first hand the impact of that shame on our capacity to nourish ourselves. For something as necessary to life as nutrition, shame and guilt do not have a place at the table.
When working with my clients, I incorporate a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. We all have food stories that deserve to be listened to. I have had the privilege of seeing the strides clients can make with the space to heal and move forward. My goal is to empower my clients to cultivate a positive relationship with food and body, free from shame or guilt.
