Meet Sam

Hi, I’m Sam (she/her) — a Registered Dietitian who specializes in eating disorder recovery and helping people build a more peaceful, trusting relationship with food and their bodies.

During my education and training, I quickly learned that nutrition is not black and white and that so much of what we’re taught about “health” is rooted in guilt, rules, and unrealistic expectations. The more clients I supported, the more I saw how harmful diet culture is and how disconnected it often leaves people from their bodies. I am especially passionate about work that focuses on nourishment rather than restriction, and on helping people unlearn food rules while learning how to truly care for themselves through nutrition.

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and weight-inclusive. There’s no pressure to “do this right” in our sessions — just space to be honest, curious, and human. Healing doesn’t happen through shame, and you’ll never be judged for what you eat, how you move, or where you’re starting from.

My goal is simple: I want you to feel more at peace with food, more confident in your body, and supported as a whole person. I genuinely love the work I do and feel honored to walk alongside clients through this process.

I can’t wait to work with you.

Meet Ashley

Hi! My name is Ashley (she/her) and I am the owner and founder of Ashley Beale Nutrition, PLLC.

In my journey of becoming a Registered Dietitian, I realized that there is no one-size-fits-all to health. In fact, the more I learned, the more I started to question what I thought I already knew about nutrition and health. When I came across the weight-inclusive approach to eating, the road felt more clear. This approach incorporates a model that challenges the myth of "good" and "bad" foods. There is emphasis on body diversity and the different ways someone can lead a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly, this approach prioritizes wellbeing. (read: If your "healthy" food choices are causing you stress, is it really that healthy?)

This spoke to me.

In practice, I had the opportunity to see how this approach changed the lives of the people around me and the clients I had the pleasure of working with. We have all likely experienced some form of shame or judgement for our foods choices, health and/or body. I have seen first hand the impact of that shame on our capacity to nourish ourselves. For something as necessary to life as nutrition, shame and guilt do not have a place at the table.

When working with my clients, I incorporate a compassionate and non-judgmental approach. We all have food stories that deserve to be listened to. I have had the privilege of seeing the strides clients can make with the space to heal and move forward. My goal is to empower my clients to cultivate a positive relationship with food and body, free from shame or guilt.
